Attention: A new bulletin board forum has been added for community collaboration. The old forum will be discontinued from this site in the near future. Please ensure you include your email address to allow you to receive information/emails for special events via a mass e-mailing.

Follow these easy steps for registration:

1) You will need to register one time, prior to posting any communications.

2) You will be asked to create a userid and password of your choice.

3) Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm your email address which will require you to click on the link to complete the process.

4) You will then be able to access the bulletin board/forum via your newly created userid and password by clicking on the logon icon.

Application for Architectural Control Approval

Anyone who makes modifications or changes of any kind to their property without prior written approval from the ACC will be subject to fines and other penalties consistent with the CC&R. The ACC will not approve any proposed modification to any property if the applicant has previously made modifications to the property for which the applicant has not received written approval from the ACC. Please read the ACC Guidelines prior to filling out application to gain approvals.
